10:40 am: Long, long ago the God of the Chinese zodiac sent out an invitation, asking all the animals to visit him on New Years day. The God told them that the order in which the first twelve arrived would be the order of the years of the Zodiac. But the day before the party, the rat went to the cat and told him that the day of the party had been changed to the day after. The cat believed what the rat had told him.

The ox realized that, as he walked so slowly, he'd never be able to get to the party ahead of the others. The only way for him to arrive early would be to leave while it was still dark. Before the sun rose, the ox set off to the god's palace. The rat, sleeping in the rafters of the barn, woke to see the ox leaving and quickly jumped on his back. The ox, unaware of the rat on his back, continued on his way.

As he neared the palace gates he realized he'd be the first one to arrive. But at the last moment the rat leapt off his back, scurried to the gates, and passed through first. The ox followed to come in second.

Later, the tiger, the rabbit, the dragon, the snake, the horse (♥), the sheep, the monkey, the rooster, the dog and the boar passed through the gates in turn. The cat, however, didn't arrive until the next day and wasn't allowed to join the others.

10:24 am: Training in the mountains with Train has been great, but we kind of got attacked by wild cows. The curse tends to draw my zodiac animal to me and it seems like they weren't in the best of moods. Train tried to ride some of them but he got bucked across the field.

So I see we got some new people. The name is Hatsuharu Souma, from the Fruits Basket fandom. I've been a resident here for... heh, s'been a long time. If you think you're original and there's only one of you, you're wrong. I've seen doubles of most of you. But don't let it bother you all too much, you'll get used to the weird that is brawl. Really opens your eyes, this place.

Manabe, you chill yet? Hatori should be able to help you way more than any other doctor. And by the way, your mom is like mine when the bon bons are gone. As in, she's a bitch. Kyohei, Sunako... what the fuck is going on between you? Why aren't you dating yet? Seriously.

We need another Souma family beach trip. It's been a while since the last one, ne? Of course, you don't gotta be a Souma to come. If one of us invites you, feel free to show up. Hey everyone! It's kinda slow today and I'm in a majorly good mood, so I figured I'd throw together a meme! This meme isn't Brawl Canon, so it's not really happening in Brawl. You can have your character remember it if you want I guess, but this is really just for the lulz. You don't have to participate if you don't want to, but if you do that's totally fine!

This is the CHARACTER RP MEME

Basically, we've all had characters that we've dropped/someone else picked up/we play in different games, right? Well, have them interact with the current brawl characters now! There can be like, five Haru journals running around in this meme. Harus from different games, old ones, etc. Though I think this is the first Haru brawl ever had. Anything goes! Comment with old journals, even if their double is in brawl now! It doesn't matter, it's for the lulz and interacting with different versions of your character, or people they know in brawl or something.

We're just going to assume that this is a post that your character came across that's not in brawl. Which is why characters from different games are allowed to comment as well! He's a good guy, shows up in the manga and anime. Dating Manabe, something no one saw coming. If you've ever seen them together in school you'd think they hated one another.

Angry, emo uke. He's a pretty cool guy but he's got a serious issue with his temper. But.. he's calmed down a lot, actually. He enjoys being called Princess and wearing dresses. I will beat him in Martial Arts sooner or later, he's bound to let his guard down one of these days. Has a cat fetish, probably keeps cat plushies in his closet or something. Loves milk and all those cat things. He actually has an easy time making friends, believe it or not. He's pretty likeable. He's the cat... but not officially part of the zodiac.

Shigure "Sensei" Sohma

The doctor of the Sohma clan. He's actually a very kind guy, and seems to be in some kind of weird threesome with Sensei and Ayame. I don't question it. Train and I had a sleepover last night. We watched My Little Pony and Carebears. Then we had deep physiological discussions about both of them. We both decided that Carebears >>>>> My Little Pony. My Little Pony lacks decent plot and the character development sucks.

Apparently I'm a piece of dancing candy. Candy Mountain, eh~? Kyouya is totally the pink unicorn, no doubt.

On Saint Patrick's day we went and threw potatoes at people. And houses. We threw cabbage too. Apparently people didn't appreciate it, so they chased us a few blocks. Good thing Train brought his car. The wet blanket wasn't too happy about being pelted with spuds, though.

After a bit these kids started following us. When we finally confronted them, they said they were starving orphans and wanted some potatoes. I was about to give them some when I noticed that one of the "orphans" was wearing a diamond ring. Trying to cheat us out of our potatoes.
